Shipping

We make all products in limited editions and will do our best to fulfill all orders promptly. We process all orders typically within 2-5 business days and will send you confirmation by email. Should the item you request be out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

We ship orders typically within 48 hours after your order has been processed; orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship most domestic orders via ASM. . We can ship to only one shipping address per order. Upon shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.

We are offering free domestic shipping for all orders 150Euros or more.

International shipping rates and time depends on the country you are living and we are usually work with DHL:

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Ivory Store. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds. 

 

· Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

· Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

· Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.

· Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with an Ivory Store representative.

· Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.

· PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

·Clearance/Outlet items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

 

 

 NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.  We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

 

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed with your store credit information.

CREDIT PROCESSING

 

If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone. Please note online credits cannot be transferred to use in store.

DAMAGES

 

Ivory Store guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. IRY's suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Ivory Store suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap  immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.

How can i change my product?

What should i do with damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. 

What should i do if the size is not good?

We can change your swimsuit if you are not satisfied with the size and tell us in 5 days but we are only accepting the products in its perfect non used non washed form. Which means that the higinian protection has to be in its original place. We don´t accepted products already washed, used,replaced higinian protection. The product has to be in perfect conditions as it received. Otherwise we will send it back and charge the shipping cost as extra. If we receive it in perfect condition we will send you the desired size to you.

We are not responsable for the damages and loss during the transport of the devolution.

All transportation costs are on the client.

Devoluciones: , Cambios

Si no estás 100% satisfecha con tu compra, puedes devolver tus prendas y cambiarla por algo más.

Los productos que aplican para devolución  o cambio deben estar sin uso, sin manchas o estar lavados, con todas las etiquetas de venta y protectores de higiene, es decir, en la condición en que fueron recibidos, con su empaque original.

Recuerda incluir con las prendas el formato de devoluciones o cambios con la información requerida. Te agradecemos nos des la mayor cantidad de detalles, todos los comentarios nos ayudan a mejorar. Este formato te será enviado una vez escribas a info@ivorystoremadrid.com,  hacer un cambio de producto.

Todos los gastos de envío de devoluciones y cambios son responsabilidad del comprador.

Ivory Store no se hace responsable de artículos perdidos o dañados durante el transporte de devolución.

Todos los productos devueltos después del tiempo permitido, serán devueltos al cliente y se le cobrará una tarifa de envío adicional.

Sí recibimos alguna prenda que no cumpla con las condiciones arriba enumeradas, serán devueltos bajo la responsabilidad del comprador.

Ivory Store se reserva el derecho de negar la posibilidad de cambios y devoluciones a personas que en nuestra opinión, hacen cambios y devoluciones excesivos.

Recomendaciones previas

Por favor asegúrate de usar ropa interior al momento de probarte las prendas.

Si deseas hacer un cambio o devolución, por favor ten en cuenta que los productos que no tengan las etiquetas originales y protectores de higiene en su lugar, estén dañados, lavados de alguna manera, sucios, desgastados, dañados, con manchas de desodorante, tengan daños por humo u olor a humedad no serán tenidos en cuenta para este proceso. No se hará ninguna excepción con respecto a estas condiciones.

En caso de recibirla en alguno de estos estados, la mercancía será devuelta y serás responsable por los costos de devolución. Todas estas medidas las aplicamos para poder garantizar tu satisfacción.
